I love denim skirts and denim leggings because they are made to stretch. However, I haven’t owned a pair of regular jeans for 20 years. Yes, you heard me right. After wearing hippie bellbottoms forever, then waddling around in maternity jeans for a few years, I decided to kick the habit and go on the wagon. But, I’ll tell you about 2011 summer denim trends because I love that cool denim fabric.

I adore all of the other things that can be made out of denim. For example, I’ve had oodles of denim skirts (even a designer “ballgown” skirt), denim trench coats, cute denim shoes, denim leggings, and things like that. Also, I know that jeans are the modern-day equivalent of the little black dress.
